Return Policy

Please view our return and refund policy carefully before you place order.

Sorry, We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom-made dresses. Since all dresses are made to order (Our factory starts making your dress at time of order. We do not keep inventory of  any dress). We don't accept any return, exchange or issue refunds. Therefore, it is customer responsibility to order the right style, size, color, and other specifications before submitting your order. 

Our factory only accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered address. We are, therefore, limited to accepting returns under similar circumstances. We carefully inspect every dress to ensure exactly what you ordered and in absolutely perfect condition. If you find something we missed, you have 5 days after parcel signed to let us know so we can remedy the situation as soon as possible. You must send some digital photos of damaged to us. If we should be charged since the mistake, we will make you satisfy as you demand.

Maybe all money will be refuned after deduction of the shipping cost and handling fees. Shipping cost will be charged again for any change and return of products. Please contact us with 5 days after receive the dress. Failure to do so shall not be valid for any refund. Returned dresses must be in their original condition. Return of gowns will only be considered for notice with 15 days after receipt of products. For additional time, we will refuse to receive the dress. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the gown being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order.

Canceled Orders
All orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. All Canceled Orders must be done via email confirmation. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls,Accessories,Prom dresses, Mothers dresses,Special Occasion Dresses,Quinceanera Dresses. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. Rush cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot be canceled or changed. Orders shipped from our stock inventory cannot be canceled or changed. We will try to work with you on canceled orders. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to the gown. yrshopping.com has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.

Refunds
Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees
yrshopping.com can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.
However, we'll undervalue the invoice when we ship your order possibly under US$30 and mark parcel as "gift" for personal use, not for commercial purpose, so that you will not have to pay custom tax. You know, we are always here for you.
