Softly gathered tiers of tulle create a skirt of pure illusion and magic. The strapless straight across bodice is adorned with re-embroidered lace appliqués, generously sprinkled with pearls and crystals. Appliqués of the beaded lace are also tucked under the top tier of tulle on the second layer.  A belt of double faced satin ribbon is embellished with Jewelry Beading for the effect of a rectangular buckle.
